Post: Admin & Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities:
• Handle general enquiries about services provided
• Enroll students and process payments according to school procedures
• Maintain filing, indexing, and record systems
• Provide after-sales services and follow up on enquiries
• Assist in monitoring students’ safety and offer customer support
• Undertake routine administrative duties
• Support marketing activities (e.g., posters, notices)
• Provide IT support
• Report to the Centre Manager or supervisor, assisting in school routines
Requirements:
• Form 7 or above, with 1–2 years’ experience in customer service or related field
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Canvas, Photoshop
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Good communication skills with a positive attitude
• Able to work 44 hours per week (Sunday off)
