<div>Job Responsibilities<br> <ul> <li>3-month short-term contract</li><li>Responsible for deploying, installing and configuring client-side Microsoft 365-related software to ensure smooth service activation.</li> <li>Assist users in completing account creation, email server configuration, and daily application operation instructions.</li> <li>Instantly handle technical issues that arise during installation and use, providing on-site or remote support.</li> <li>According to project progress requirements, accurately record the installation process and write a brief report for internal archiving and tracking.</li> <li>According to the work schedule, regularly visit customer sites to execute device and software configuration tasks.</li></ul> </div> <div>Work requirements<br> <ul> <li>Familiar with Microsoft 365 core applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc., basic functions and settings.</li> <li>Have basic computer hardware and software knowledge, and be able to independently complete software installation and debugging in a operating system environment.</li> <li>Have good communication skills, and be able to guide non-technical users through the operating system in a clear and easy-to-understand way.</li> <li>Follow customer site work rules.</li> <li>Applicants with IT support, desktop support or enterprise software deployment will be given priority. </li> </ul> </div>
