Chief Financial Officer

Duties:

1. Responsible for the company's financial management, financial analysis, budget preparation, etc. daily management;

2. Participate in the formulation of major financial decisions of the company, propose professional opinions, and plan financial schemes;

3. Understand the company's cash flow and operating conditions, and formulate a cash management plan based on the financial situation;

4. Evaluate the risks of the company's major investment decisions and propose corresponding risk control measures;

5. Manage the company's overall resources and operations, communicate with the board of directors and the company's operating team.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in domestic and international economics, accounting, business management, etc.;

2. Have financial and business management background, with at least 10 years of domestic and international financial management and practical experience, and at least 5 years of experience as a management layer;

3. Hold international industry-recognized professional qualifications such as CPA or CMA;

4. Have strong capital market analysis skills, strong stress resistance ability, and be able to independently plan the company's financial strategy;

5. Excellent team management skills, outstanding execution ability, and rich industry social experience;

6. Accept IANG visa, high-end talent visa.
