Chief Financial Officer

<p>Duties:</p><p>1. Responsible for the company's financial management, financial analysis, budget preparation, etc. daily management;</p><p>2. Participate in the formulation of major financial decisions of the company, propose professional opinions, and plan financial schemes;</p><p>3. Understand the company's cash flow and operating conditions, and formulate a cash management plan based on the financial situation;</p><p>4. Manage the company's overall resources and operations, communicate with the board of directors and the company's operating team.</p><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. Bachelor's degree or above in domestic and international economics, accounting, business management, etc.;</p><p>2. Have financial and business management background, with at least 10 years of domestic and international financial management and practical experience, and at least 5 years of experience as a management layer;</p><p>3. Hold international industry-recognized professional qualifications such as CPA or CMA;</p><p>4. Have strong capital market analysis skills, strong stress resistance ability, and be able to independently plan the company's financial strategy;</p><p>5. Excellent team management skills, outstanding execution ability, and rich industry social experience;</p><p>6. Accept IANG visa, high-end talent visa.</p>
