CONTRACT ANALYST PROGRAMMER (POWER PLATFORM DEVELOPMENT)

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications.</li><li>Design and build Power Apps applications that enhance data entry processes and improve user interactions aligned with business objectives.</li><li>Develop and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.</li><li>Execute data integration and manipulation tasks utilizing various connectors to ensure seamless data flow.</li><li>Perform comprehensive testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Power Platform solutions to ensure optimal performance.</li><li>Promote and facilitate citizen development initiatives across various business units to drive digital transformation.</li><li>Keep abreast of the latest updates and features in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, assessing their potential benefits for the organization.</li><li>Document solutions, processes, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>High-Level Diploma or Bachelor's degree, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Microsoft Power Platform Developer. Demonstrable experience with Dataverse, Power Automate, and both Model-Driven and Canvas Apps is essential. Additional experience may substitute for a degree.</li><li>Strong grasp of data modeling, integration techniques, and RESTful APIs.</li><li>Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Self-starter with a proactive approach, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.</li></ul>
