<p>Position: Business Operation Assistant (Cantonese)<br>Salary: $16,000 - $20,000<br>Working hours: Sunday Monday to Saturday, 09:30 - 18:30 (holiday shift work required)</p> <p>We are seeking talented and ambitious individuals to join our team!</p> <p>Your responsibilities:</p> <p>-To expand our territory based on experience and expertise (e.g. operations, business growth, customer service or recruitment), and help us improve the functions and expertise of each position.<br>-Develop and implement market promotion and business expansion. <br>-Lead the development of various job functions, including but not limited to operations, sales, customer service, employee recruitment, brand cooperation, market planning and financial management.<br><br>-Set up operating processes and fill in gaps, working with product/engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams.<br>-Through analysis, research, reporting and KPI reporting monitor performance, and conduct in-depth analysis, converting data into efficient execution.<br>-Thorough analysis, customer insights, and internal and external recommendations are combined to solve complex and ambiguous market planning problems.</p> <p>Entry Requirements:</p> <p>-Fluent Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.<br>-Have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience, such as operating a startup company, human resources operations/business expansion operations, or human resources/business expansion-related experience, will be given priority.
