Benefits and compensation specialist

We are recruiting a compensation and benefits specialist for a global leading technology company, with a 6-month contract.

Responsibilities:

• Participate and support salary and benefits-related market research and benchmarking to maintain and enhance competitiveness.

• Support the management of health projects, pensions, and specific country/region projects and policies in the Asia-Pacific region (covering 14 countries).

• Daily follow-up on all operational payroll and benefits matters in the Asia-Pacific region, including monitoring and following up on suppliers' services, agreements and costs.

• Promote employee benefits communication work, including maintaining the overall salary information on the company's intranet.

• Assist in completing assigned special projects and plans.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience, those with high-tech or software industry experience are preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in related fields or equivalent industry professional knowledge.

• Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.

• Strong process management skills, as well as excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to effectively work in a team environment.

• Able to work independently and proactively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, familiar with Workday is preferred.

• Proficient in English and Mandarin.

• Experience working in a global/matrix business environment.
