We are recruiting a compensation and benefits specialist for a global leading technology company, with a 6-month contract.
Responsibilities:
Participate and support salary and benefits-related market research and benchmarking to maintain and enhance competitiveness.
Support the management of health projects, pensions, and specific country/region projects and policies in the Asia-Pacific region (covering 14 countries).
Daily follow-up on all operational payroll and benefits matters in the Asia-Pacific region, including monitoring and following up on suppliers' services, agreements and costs.
Promote employee benefits communication work, including maintaining the overall salary information on the company's intranet.
Assist in completing assigned special projects and plans.
Requirements:
1-3 years of relevant work experience, those with high-tech or software industry experience are preferred.
Bachelor's degree in related fields or equivalent industry professional knowledge.
Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.
Strong process management skills, as well as excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to effectively work in a team environment.
Able to work independently and proactively.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, familiar with Workday is preferred.
Proficient in English and Mandarin.
Experience working in a global/matrix business environment.
