Senior IT Support Manager

• Coordinate and lead the IT support team, responsible for server maintenance, desktop support (Deskside Support) and network system management, ensuring the stable and efficient operation of the enterprise IT infrastructure.

• Develop and implement IT service management processes (such as event, problem, and change management), and promote the practice and continuous improvement of ITIL or similar frameworks.

• Coordinate cross-department technical requirements, provide professional technical consultation and solutions to business units, and support digital transformation and new system introduction projects.

• Manage IT assets, license contracts and supplier relationships, review service level agreements (SLA), and ensure cost-effectiveness and service quality are balanced.

• Have 5 to 10 years of full-time IT support and system/network management experience, of which at least 3 years are in a team management position, those with experience in leading large-scale enterprise IT support architectures are preferred.

• Familiar with Windows/Linux server environment, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, firewall, and mainstream network devices (H3C, Huawei, etc.) configuration and troubleshooting.

• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, able to write technical documents, chair meetings, and interface with internal and external stakeholders in three languages; with clear logical thinking and cross-cultural communication skills.

• Competitive monthly salary, ranging from HKD$20,000 to $30,000, depending on experience and ability.
