Job Description: - Evaluate clients' financial situations through financial needs analysis - Analyze and offer a complete package of financial services planning - Provide comprehensive wealth management services to clients from Hong Kong and Chinese markets, including: 1. Risk Management 2. Retirement Planning 3. Asset Allocation 4. Estate Planning - Establish close business relationships with clients and review their financial portfolios - Build and manage a financial planning team - Align with Family Office that offers a wide range of insurance and investment tools for clients We seek candidates who have: - A degree in any field (recent graduates are also considered) - Maturity, self-motivation, diligence, and willingness to learn - Enthusiasm, passion, and outgoing personality - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin, and English - Prior experience in the banking industry is advantageous - Experience in industries such as talent acquisition, hospitality, retail, or beauty is welcome Benefits we offer: - Annual salary expected: HKD 700,000 or more - Professional training and mentorship program (pre-job and on-the-job training on becoming a MDRT qualifier) - Monthly allowance + attractive commission scheme + end-of-year bonus + comprehensive fringe benefits - Overseas trips and conferences
