Data Computing Center Business Department Technical Engineer Director

<p>Responsibilities typically cover technical management, team leadership, project coordination and strategic planning, etc. The following is a core overview of the responsibilities of this position:</p><p>· Develop data center technology development strategy, promote technological innovation and upgrading</p><p>· Plan the data center infrastructure architecture, including power, HVAC, network, security, etc. systems</p><p>· Evaluate the feasibility of new technologies (such as cloud computing, edge computing, AI operations and maintenance) in data centers</p><p>· Lead the technical engineer team, clearly divide responsibilities and improve team collaboration efficiency</p><p>· Responsible for the recruitment, training and performance evaluation of technical staff</p><p>· Establish a technical knowledge base and standardization process, and improve the team's overall technical level</p><p>· Coordinate the technical solution and implementation of data center construction, expansion, and migration projects</p><p>· Manage the daily operations of the data center, including equipment monitoring, fault response, energy efficiency optimization, etc.</p><p>· Develop and implement emergency plans to ensure data center high availability and security</p><p>· Responsible for physical security, network security, and data security strategy formulation and execution in the data center</p><p>· Ensure data centers comply with industry standards and regulations (such as ISO, Uptime Tier standards, etc.)</p><p>· Communicate and coordinate technical needs and resources with business departments, product teams, suppliers, etc.</p><p>· Participate in company strategic meetings as a technical representative, provide professional advice and technical support</p><p></p>
