Clubhouse Supervisor

<p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Supervise and manage the daily operations of the RNTC Proshop and Kids zone;</li><li>Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all Patrons and Guests;</li><li>Train and oversee staff members to maintain a high standard of service and professionalism</li><li>Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability of the RNTC Proshop and Kids zone;</li><li>Manage inventory levels, place orders for merchandise, and ensure stock levels are maintained;</li><li>Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner;</li><li>Schedule staff shifts and manage staffing levels to meet operational needs</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Higher Diploma or above, Preferably in Hospitality Management or related disciplines</li><li>Minimum 3 years’ experience in Hospitality/facility management</li><li>Proficient in Chinese and English work processing and PC knowledge in MS applications</li><li>Good command of written and spoken of Chinese and English</li><li>Self motivated and able to work independently</li><li>Immediately available is preferred</li></ul><p>Working location: Sai Kung</p>
