Main responsibilities:
• Pre-opening preparation: supervise construction, manage budget/progress, and establish standard procedures.
• Post-opening operations: fully responsible for store profit and loss, sales, recruitment and training of the team, and managing daily operations.
• Market promotion: Develop local social media strategies and create content that attracts parents.
Requirements:
• Must be able to use English as their first working language and have excellent Chinese communication skills.
• Have successful experience in serving as a store manager in high-end retail or related industries.
• Deeply understand the needs and psychology of modern parents (especially mothers).
• Strong business acumen and leadership skills.
