Assist in handling overseas intellectual property disputes (such as infringement complaints, opposition and defense), familiar with the appearance patent policies and application requirements of major target markets (such as the United States and Europe);</p><p></p><p>Job Requirements</p><p>1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in law, with English as a working language (fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing, and able to handle English legal documents); those with overseas study, exchange experiences or overseas intellectual property internship experience are preferred;</p><p>2.1-3 years of knowledge property-related work experience, familiar with the overseas trademark and design patent application process, and have a basic understanding of the intellectual property legal system of at least 1 to 2 overseas markets (such as the United States and Europe, Southeast Asia);</p><p></p><p>4. Candidates with a legal professional qualification or a certificate in intellectual property (such as a patent agent qualification certificate) are preferred;</p><p>5.
