<p>Job Summary</p><p>The Domestic Helper Sales and Customer Service Representative drives sales of Filipino and Indonesian domestic helper placement services, manages client inquiries, and ensures seamless customer experience. This position also serves as Welfare Officer to ensure compliance with Philippine Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) regulatory requirements.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p><strong>Sales and Lead Generation:</strong></p><ul><li>Promote Filipino and Indonesian domestic helper placement services through phone, email, and in-person consultations</li><li>Identify and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into successful placements</li><li>Recommend suitable candidates based on cultural background, skills, and experience</li><li>Educate clients on distinct characteristics and strengths of Filipino and Indonesian helpers</li></ul><p><strong>Customer Service:</strong></p><ul><li>Respond promptly to client inquiries with detailed information about services, processes, and fees</li><li>Address client concerns efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels</li><li>Provide updates on hiring process and post-placement support</li></ul><p><strong>Candidate Coordination:</strong></p><ul><li>Liaise with Filipino and Indonesian domestic helpers to ensure they meet client requirements</li><li>Assist with documentation, contracts, and compliance with Hong Kong, Philippine, and Indonesian regulations</li><li>Coordinate communication with overseas partners</li></ul><p><strong>Welfare Officer Duties (Philippine DMW Compliance):</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as primary contact and support resource for Filipino domestic helpers in Hong Kong</li><li>Monitor welfare of Filipino helpers to ensure compliance with DMW standards</li><li>Handle helper complaints, disputes, and emergency situations</li><li>Conduct regular welfare checks to ensure working conditions meet standards</li><li>Maintain welfare records and incident reports for DMW audits</li><li>Assist helpers in accessing consular services, medical assistance, and legal support</li></ul><p><strong>Relationship Management:</strong></p><ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and helpers</li><li>Conduct post-placement follow-ups to ensure satisfaction</li></ul><p><strong>Administrative Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain accurate records in CRM system</li><li>Prepare sales performance, customer feedback, and welfare reports</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><p><strong>Education:</strong> High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, HR, or social work preferred</p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 3 years in domestic helper sales with proven track record</li><li>Experience with Filipino and/or Indonesian helper recruitment preferred</li><li>Background in welfare or employee support is an advantage</li></ul><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Strong sales and negotiation abilities</li><li>Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office</li><li>Fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin; Tagalog or Bahasa Indonesia highly desirable</li><li>Conflict resolution and mediation skills</li><li>Knowledge of Philippine DMW regulations and Hong Kong Employment Ordinance</li></ul><p><strong>Personal Attributes:</strong></p><ul><li>Customer-focused with passion for helping others</li><li>Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented</li><li>Cultural sensitivity and understanding of diverse needs</li><li>Compassionate and committed to helper welfare</li></ul><p>Working Conditions</p><ul><li>Office-based with occasional travel for meetings, helper visits, or events</li><li>Standard hours with flexibility for urgent welfare matters</li></ul><p>Compensation and Benefits</p><ul><li>Competitive base salary with performance-based commission</li><li>Health insurance, paid leave, and benefits per company policy</li><li>Professional development opportunities</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>Job Overview</p><p>Family worker sales and customer service representative responsible for promoting the sales of Filipino and Indonesian family worker placement services, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
