As a full-time Sales and Customer Services Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth for our innovative health and wellness products.</p><p></p><p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p><p></p><p>1. Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions</p><p>2. Educate customers on <strong>Healthie Lazii</strong>'s product offerings and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions</p><p>3. Process customer orders, handle inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner</p><p>4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using our customer relationship management (CRM) system</p><p>5. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth</p><p>6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience</p><p></p><p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p><p></p><p>1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the health and wellness industry</p><p>2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service</p><p>3. Strong product knowledge and the ability to effectively explain and demonstrate our product features and benefits</p><p>4. A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering results</p><p>6.
