Employee Relations (Policy Aspect)

<p>Job Description:<br>1. Responsible for applying Hong Kong work visa for candidates<br>2. Assist customer companies in applying for foreign labor quotas from the Hong Kong government and follow up on the use of quotas<br>3. Research and interpret Hong Kong's latest human resources policies and regulations, and provide professional advice to customers and companies<br>4. Assist the supervisor in completing other related tasks<br><br>Requirements:<br>1. At least 1 year of Hong Kong employee relations or policy application related work experience<br>2. Familiar with Hong Kong labor law, immigration regulations, and other relevant laws and regulations.<br>3. Have good communication and coordination skills, team spirit and customer service awareness.<br>4. Work detail-oriented and serious, strong sense of responsibility, and able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure.<br>5. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.</p>
