Duties:<br>1. Strategic planning and execution: Develop and implement the company's financial strategy to support its overall business objectives and growth plans.<br>2. Budget Management: Responsible for the compilation, analysis and monitoring of annual budgets to ensure the reasonable allocation and use of financial resources. <br>3. Financial reporting: Regularly prepare and analyze financial statements, providing accurate financial information.<br>4. Risk Management: Identify and assess potential financial risks, and develop corresponding risk control strategies and measures.<br>5. Cash management: Monitor the company's cash position, including cash flow management, investment decisions, and bank relationship maintenance.<br>6. Tax planning: Ensure the company complies with all tax laws, and conduct tax planning to optimize tax burdens.<br>Qualifications:<br>1. Educational background: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related fields, with Cantonese and English communication skills.<br>2. Professional qualifications: Hold a registered accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or other relevant professional qualifications certificate.<br>3. Professional knowledge: Understand the various regulatory requirements in Hong Kong (taxation, finance, annual audit, banking).<br>4. Have independent financial statement settlement, consolidation settlement ability, retail experience, understand Oracle is preferred.
