<ol>
<li>Work under the Customer Services Team as the key coordinator between customers and internal teams</li>
<li>Handle routine enquires from overseas agents and direct customers</li>
<li>Coordinate booking well between agents, customers, and internal parties</li>
<li>Must be able to work with a team and operate independently</li>
<li>Able to handle ad-hoc project</li>

<ol>
<li>DSE or above</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years’ working experiences in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics Industry</li>
<li>Work experiences with both Air and Sea operations is highly prefer</li>
<li>Good command in written English and Chinese</li>
<li>Fluent in Mandarin</li>
<li>Hands-on MS Office Applications knowledge</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and Communication skills</li>
<li>Self and team motivated</li>
<li>Aggressive and result-oriented</li>
