About us:Tengyun Accelerator is the first Hong Kong-based acceleration platform initiated and organized by private resources under the policy advocacy of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, focusing on "Science and Technology Going Out". It will officially start operations on October 31, 2025 and is currently the largest Hong Kong-based acceleration platform for mainland Chinese science and technology companies going out, collaborating with the official of Hong Kong Digital Harbor to strive to improve the success rate of Chinese scientific and technological companies going out. Currently, we have served nearly a hundred member enterprises, including more than 20 well-known investment institutions and more than 60 mainland Chinese hard technology companies that have completed B-round financing, covering industries including artificial intelligence, robots, new energy, new materials, chip semiconductors, unmanned aerial vehicles, biopharmaceutical innovation drugs and medical devices. Job Responsibilities
As a core position, within 90 days, fully rebuild the sales team's operating system, professional standards and organizational culture, drive the sales function from experience-driven to value-driven strategic unit, and lay a solid market foundation for Tencent Cloud Accelerator's "Year of Trust".
Systematic evaluation and restructuring of the existing sales team, through a structured training system, coaching leadership, data-driven performance management and professional dignity construction, to build a high-quality sales team with consulting thinking, stable and reliable, and professional and confident.
Work requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, with preference for Hong Kong permanent residency.
Have excellent Chinese and English language skills, be able to independently communicate with entrepreneurs and CEO-level decision makers for high-level strategic dialogue, accurately understand technical logic and business essence. At the same time, I am also good at Cantonese communication.
Have strong system architecture capabilities - good at sorting out the chaos and extracting executable, measurable, and iterative standard processes and tool sets from complex business scenarios.
Demonstrate exceptional leadership and empathy: able to cohere team consensus under high pressure, proactively repair internal trust and external customer relationships, and balance principle and temperature.
Strongly identify with the values of "professional credibility and customer first", have entrepreneurial resilience and cross-functional collaboration spirit, and be able to form a complementary, trusting, and responsible partnership with the co-CEO.
