Responsible for the classification, cataloging, archiving and regular maintenance of documents to ensure the integrity and traceability of paper and electronic file systems
Handle internal and external unit file borrowing applications, review authorization qualifications, register borrowing and returning records, and follow up on overdue files
Execute paper-based file scanning, OCR text recognition, electronic tag setting and metadata file creation, and promote digital file management process
Maintain and update compliance records (such as data retention periods, confidentiality levels, access permissions), in line with internal audit and regulatory inspection requirements
Requirements:
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel data sorting and Word file editing), with basic PDF processing and scanner device operation experience
Have good Cantonese communication skills, be able to clearly understand oral instructions and write concise and accurate Chinese written records
Careful and steady, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and confidentiality, able to independently and on time complete repetitive tasks with high precision
Have basic knowledge of file management principles (such as classification logic, retention period, and access control) and be willing to undergo relevant internal training
