Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for handling multiple government departments' daily administrative and clerical work, ensuring that various affairs run smoothly.

2. Assist in sorting, recording and archiving related documents, and maintain the integrity and accuracy of the department's file management system.

3. Assist in preparing reports, forms and other necessary documents to ensure compliance with government regulations and standards.

4. Support other team members in completing specific tasks, promote cross-departmental collaboration and communication.

Requirements:

1. Hold a valid Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or Hong Kong School Entrance Examination (HKCEE) with five passing grades, including Chinese and English subjects.

2. Have at least one year of administrative or clerical work experience, familiar with basic office operations.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office software (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint), able to quickly adapt to digital tools.

4. Have good Chinese and English language skills, be able to express and write professional documents clearly.

This position is a 9-month to 2-year contract opportunity, suitable for those who hope to accumulate government department work experience.
