Responsible for creative design and overall planning of interactive activities and experiential projects, covering concept ideation, visual planning, and user journey design
Lead activity process architecture design, plan interactive segments with a sense of participation and immersion, and optimize the user's full journey experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as planning, technology, and execution to effectively implement design solutions on-site
Participate in early-stage simulation testing and on-site activity experience validation, real-time observation of user behavior and dynamic optimization
Collect activity participation data and on-site feedback, conduct effectiveness analysis, and propose specific and feasible iterations and upgrades
Requirements:
Secondary School Diploma or above; Design, Communication, Digital Media, Experience Design, etc. related fields are preferred
Have experience in event design, experience planning or creative execution (fresh graduates and those with less than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply)
Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, XD or Figma) and other basic design tools
Have basic User Experience (UX) concepts, understand user needs and behavior patterns
Proficient in Cantonese, with good English and Mandarin communication skills
Able to adapt to office work and occasionally go out to support activity execution, working hours are Monday to Saturday, 09:00-18:00
