Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the daily care of disabled persons in institutions, including: health monitoring, drug management, etc.
2. Design and implement individualized care plans to ensure that each resident receives appropriate care and support.
3. Assist in handling medical emergencies, and communicate in a timely manner with doctors or other professionals to ensure resident safety.
4. Record residents’ health status and nursing process, maintain complete nursing records, and periodically review and update them.
5. Provide psychological support and encouragement, help residents maintain a positive attitude towards life, and promote their physical and mental health development.
Requirements:
1. Hold a valid registration nurse qualification certificate, with relevant professional license, and welcome fresh graduates to apply.
2. Priority will be given to those with work experience in disability care facilities or similar environments, but this is not a mandatory condition.
3. Need to be able to work shifts, including: A shift (7 am-4 pm) / P shift (2 pm-11 pm) / N shift (10:30 pm-7:30 am).
4. Have good communication skills and team spirit, be able to establish good relations with colleagues, classmates and their families.
5. Be passionate about nursing work, patient, empathetic, and highly responsible, and able to adapt to a changing work environment.
