Vice President/ Senior Manager of Financing

<div>Job Responsibilities: <br>1. Responsible for the fundraising work of the company's first venture capital fund "Future Hong Kong" investment limited partnership, formulate fundraising strategies and push for execution. <br>2. Discover, contact and maintain potential investors (LPs), establish long-term cooperative relationships, and promote the achievement of fundraising goals. <br>3. Provide professional financing advice to back-up companies, assist in improving their development strategy and business plan, and enhance their market competitiveness. <br>4. Assist in finding and negotiating with potential investors, promote the smooth completion of financing transactions, and ensure that funds are in place. <br>5. Regularly report to the internal management layer on fundraising progress and market dynamics, and provide data support and advice for company decisions. <br><br>Requirements: <br>1. Bachelor's degree or above, financial, economic, and business management are preferred. <br>2. At least 2 years of relevant work experience, familiar with the operation process of private equity funds or venture capital funds. <br>3. Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, able to communicate and negotiate across cultures. <br><br>5.
