Backend development engineer

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Collaborate with other engineers to design and build high-performance, scalable backend services;</p><p>Implement software architecture, testing, and observability best practices to improve system reliability;</p><p>Optimize task scheduling system and AI model performance;</p><p>Write high-quality, well-documented code, and provide constructive feedback to maintain coding standards;</p><p>Master the entire software development life cycle from design and development to deployment and production support;</p><p>Timely understand emerging technologies and industry trends, and actively improve system performance and scalability.</p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>Computer Science, Information Technology or related field bachelor’s degree;</p><p>1-5 years of software development experience, with a special focus on backend systems;</p><p>• Proficient in Golang/Python, familiar with common data structures and algorithms;</p><p>Strong knowledge in MySQL and Redis databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval;</p><p>Have practical experience in using observability tools for monitoring and performance optimization;</p><p>Familiar with Go frameworks such as Gin and GORM;</p><p>Quality-oriented mindset, with experience in writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code;</p><p>Strong communication and learning abilities, strong understanding ability;</p><p>• Mandarin is fluent.</p>
