Recruitment Consultant / Researcher (talent acquisition)

To grow our current 1,500 contractors base

Be guided to look for IT related openings for public and banking sectors

Drafting job specifications, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the recruitment process with various stakeholders, salary negotiation

Maintain recruitment metrics and provide reporting to team head

Establish innovative and effective talent sourcing strategies, to build the talent pipelines

Handle any other ad-hoc projects as assigned

5-day work, with normal office working hours

Exposure to Sales, Business Development, HR, Banking or IT is a plus

Successful track record with solid customers service and relationship building.

Good knowledge of HK recruitment market

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Recruiter / Managing Consultant
