Café Waiter

Job Responsibilities:
* Assist the manager in managing and ensuring smooth operation on the floor
* Control labor costs
* Maintain service quality, interact with customers, continuously increase store turnover
* Responsible for scheduling, closing, training of floor staff

Position Requirements:
* Completed secondary education or above
* At least 1 year of experience in coffee shops, better if you have management experience in coffee shops
* Active, detail-oriented, and has leadership skills
* Must be patient in supervising people with disabilities
