Customer Service Officer (Inbound Hotline)

<p><strong>Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Handle English speaking customers' enquiries and complaint in a professional manner</li><li>Support an exercise on collecting customer feedback</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>DSE or above</li><li>1 year of relevant experience in customer service industry</li><li>Good knowledge of mobile, internet and PC products</li><li>Good spoken English & Chinese</li><li>Customer oriented, pleasant, mature, independent</li><li>Day Shift duty is required including weekends and public holidays, 9 hours per day (usually 9am - 6pm)</li><li>Fresh graduates will also be considered</li></ul><p>Interested parties please apply with full resume stating present and expected salary.</p><p></p><p>SmarTone is an equal-opportunity employer.
