Job duties:
·Responsible for managing the daily operations of the store
·Actively and proactively implement brand strategy and business development policies
·Break down and implement the sales targets set by the company
·Have some personnel management skills, build a team environment and culture of mutual respect and strong inclusiveness
·Responsible for and assisting in employee recruitment and training
Job requirements:
· More than 3 years of retail experience and at least 1 year of store management experience
·Full of enthusiasm for the retail industry ·Have good communication skills and leadership ability, proactive, and assist in development and provide guidance
·Second 5 and above
·Fluent Cantonese, good English and general Mandarin, able to read and write Chinese and English
Need to have a Hong Kong resident identity card;
