Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide IT technical support and troubleshooting
Responsible for on-site software installation and upgrade
Provide general equipment maintenance to ensure an efficient operation of systems
Handle customers’ inquiries
Provide software and product training according to customer needs

Requirements:

High diploma in IT related
1-2 years of helpdesk or technical support experience
Good knowledge of Windows based products and tools
Good knowledge of Wan and Lan support
