AI Research and Development Engineer

- Participate in designing, developing, and implementing backend core codes and server-side service programs, ensuring code efficiency, scalability, and adherence to best user experience practices.- Optimize and write prompts based on project requirements to enhance AI system performance and user experience.- Stay updated with industry trends and address intelligent content maintenance issues for various application scenarios, especially in NLP, Chat Generative Pre-Trained Transformer, and large model technologies.- Apply machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing techniques (GPT, RLHF algorithms) to build and optimize GPT training frameworks.- Track and apply the latest AI advancements, actively sharing new technologies and best practices within the team, driving overall technical improvements.- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields with at least 2 years of practical backend development experience. Passionate about AI and eager to explore new tools and methodologies, with at least 3 years of project management and fit-out work experience.- Proficient in Http, RESTFUL standards, and common data structures. Possessing good coding practices and norms.- Familiar with Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and other models with local deployment capabilities.- Proficient in CHATGPT+ concepts. Proficient in using relational databases such as MYSQL, Sqlserver. Experience with Redis, Mongodb is preferred.- Familiarity with Langchain, RAG, Transformer, NLP, large language models (LLM), and RLHF technologies is preferred.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong self-motivation and communication skills.- Proficient in speaking and writing Cantonese & English, Mandarin is advantageous.- 5-day work week- Attractive salary package- 10 days annual leave- Medical allowance- In-house training program- Friendly team environment
