Job description<br>- Assisting in the development and implementation of integrated marketing<br>campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional<br>advertising<br>- Collaborating with the marketing team to create and curate engaging content for<br>the company's website, social media platforms, and other marketing collateral<br>- Monitoring and analysing marketing performance metrics to identify areas of<br>improvement and inform future strategies<br>- Providing administrative support to the marketing team, including coordinating<br>events, managing budgets, and maintaining marketing records<br>- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to<br>inform marketing decisions<br><br>Job requirements<br>- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the<br>Marketing & Communications industry<br>- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms, with the ability to<br>create and curate compelling content<br>- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Cantonese<br>-Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and a data-driven approach to<br>decision-making<br>- Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing<br>solutions<br>- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects<br>simultaneously
