Responsibilities:
Work onsite in a call center for 5 days per week (Saturday and Sunday may required) 09:00 to 19:00, no overnight shift
Handle incoming service requests, incidents, and problems via different communication channels such as phone, email, and instant massager
Identify, diagnose, and resolve problems related to PCs, application, software, mobile device, system and network issues
Monitor and maintain service quality in accordance to Service Level Agreement
On job training would be provided
Requirements:
Candidates with IT background and customer services experience are highly preferred
Good communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Detail minded and good willingness to learn
Knowledge inMS Windows, Office 365, Exchange Email, VDI, VPN, Zoom applications
Hands-on experience with personal computers/laptops/mobile devices in iOS & Android platform
Possess good experience in hardware and software troubleshooting
Fresh graduates with relevant background and experience are welcomed
Working Location: Kai Tak / Kwun Tong / Causeway Bay / Tsim Sha Tsui
1 year renewable secondment contract would be provided for successful applicants
