Associate AV Consultant

<p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p>We are looking for a technically inclined and client-focused<strong>Associate AV Consultant / Project Manager</strong>to support the delivery ofaudio visualprojects for corporate clients in Hong Kong. This role combines AV system coordination, client engagement, and project support, with opportunities to grow into a senior consulting role.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>- Project Coordination & Technical Oversight</strong></p><ul><li>Assistin managing AV projects including video conferencing systems, control systems, and display solutions</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with AV vendors, installers, and internal teams</li></ul><ul><li>Support AV system designs and ensure delivery meets client expectations</li></ul><ul><li>Review AV proposals andassistin managing implementation risks</li></ul><ul><li>Maintainaccuratedocumentation of AV system specifications and milestones</li></ul><p><strong>- Pre-Sales Support</strong></p><ul><li>Work with sales and design teams to scope AV project requirements</li></ul><ul><li>Participate in client meetings andassistin presenting AV solutions</li></ul><ul><li>Help develop AV system estimates, schedules, and resource plans</li></ul><ul><li>Contribute to AV bid documentation and technical write-ups</li></ul><p><strong>- Communication & Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare AV documentation usingVisio and AutoCAD</li></ul><ul><li>Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders</li></ul><ul><li>Provide regular updates and reports to the project team and management</li></ul><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in AV Technology, Engineering, or related field</li></ul><ul><li>1–3 years of experience in AV systems design or project coordination</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with AV standards and integration practices</li></ul><ul><li>Exposure to technical domains such as:</li></ul><ul><li>AV & Video Conferencing Systems</li></ul><ul><li>Control Systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron)</li></ul><ul><li>Display and Audio Solutions</li></ul><ul><li>Room Scheduling and Automation</li></ul><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Language Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Fluent in English (written and spoken)</li></ul><ul><li>Cantoneseproficiencypreferred for local client engagement</li></ul><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Key Attributes</strong></p><ul><li>Strong communicationand client-facing skills</li></ul><ul><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits</li></ul><ul><li>Team player with a proactive attitude</li></ul><ul><li>Willingness to learn and grow into a full consulting or PM role</li></ul><ul><li>Capable of producing clear documentation and reports</li></ul>
