<p>IT Operations Engineer Responsibilities:</p><p>1. Responsible for IDC server room server failure and system installation and debugging. </p><p></p><p>3. Responsible for IDC server room network device failure diagnosis and equipment replacement. </p><p>4. Process orders in a timely manner and feedback processing progress to relevant personnel (group leader, order issuer, etc.) as required.</p><p>5. According to the requirements, inspect the server room, record temperature and humidity and other environmental data.</p><p></p><p></p><p>8. Daily maintenance data recording and recording according to requirements in electronic documents.</p><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. Familiar with the relevant operations of the IDC data center, with 2 to 3 years of IT operations and network operations experience in the IDC industry preferred.</p><p>2. Familiar with IDC server room network architecture, server hardware maintenance and system installation, fault handling, etc. are preferred.</p><p>3. Have a certain stress resistance ability, be able to withstand higher work pressure; strong sense of responsibility, full of work enthusiasm; good at communicating, with good team spirit, fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.</p><p>4. Can accept shift work, one shift is 12 hours, and about 16 days a month;</p>
