Job Description
Responsibilities:

To provide premium customer service to tenants and visitors in Grade A shopping mall and office tower
To handle general inquiries and complaints of shoppers and tenants
To ensure smooth daily operation of Customer Service Centers and Hotline Service
To perform other duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements
Holds a diploma or above
Bilingual fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
Considered for Senior Customer Services Officer with relevant experience
Also considered for fresh graduates
Proficient in MS Office computer skills
Salary and Benefits Package:
