Sales Consultant

Main responsibilities:

• Follow up on the potential customer inquiries provided by the company to understand their needs and background.

• Based on customer circumstances, professionally recommend suitable products or services, and provide tailor-made solutions.

• Guide customers through the purchasing process and achieve sales targets.

• Maintain customer relationships and build long-term trust and cooperation.

• Record customer information and follow-up activities to help the team optimize sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Secondary school education or above.

• No need for high-level work experience; those with sales, customer service or relevant field experience are given priority.

• Excellent communication and expression skills, able to clearly articulate product value.

• Proactive, with strong customer service awareness and problem-solving skills.

• Have a team spirit, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
