<p>Key Responsibilities<br>* Develop sophisticated statistical models to solve complex challenges<br>* Conduct deep-dive analyses of Hong Kong recruitment trends and labor market dynamics<br>* Design automated reporting systems using Python/R/SQL<br>* Maintain awareness of regulatory changes and cultural shifts impacting HK employment<br>Requirements<br>* Master's degree from top-tier university in Data Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field<br>* Minimum 3 years' hands-on analytics experience within Hong Kong market<br>* Technical Competencies: • Advanced predictive modeling (Regression, ML, Causal inference) • Python/R + SQL mastery • BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) • Big Data platforms (Hadoop/Spark)</p>
