<p>Job Description</p><p>[Main Responsibilities/ Key Responsibilities]</p><p>• Process Hong Kong and offshore companies (such as BVI, Cayman) company secretary work, including company incorporation, statutory record maintenance, annual return and registration information change, etc.;</p><p>Handle company secretarial matters for Hong Kong and offshore jurisdictions (e.g., BVI, Cayman), including company incorporation, statutory record maintenance, annual filings, and registration data changes.</p><p>• Coordinate and liaise with external suppliers, follow up on customers’ company audits, tax declarations and other company secretary related matters;</p><p>Coordinate and liaise with external vendors to follow up on client company audits, tax filings, and other secretarial matters.</p><p>• Assist customers in opening bank accounts, applying and operating MPF accounts, etc. daily company operations support;</p><p>Assist clients with bank account openings, MPF application and management, and daily operational support.</p><p>• Responsible for file organization, archiving, and system record updates;</p><p>Manage document organization, filing, and system record updates.</p><p>• Support team daily administrative work, such as meeting arrangements, document consolidation, etc.;</p><p>Support daily administrative tasks such as meeting arrangements and data compilation.</p><p></p><p>Perform occasional fieldwork, such as accompanying clients for bank account openings or submitting documents to the Inland Revenue Department or Companies Registry.</p><p></p><p>[Job Requirements/ Requirements]</p><p>• At least three to four years of company secretary work experience;</p><p>Minimum 3 to 4 years of company secretarial experience.</p><p>• Familiar with Hong Kong company and offshore company regulations;</p><p>Familiar with Hong Kong and offshore company ordinances.</p><p>• Have practical experience in bank account opening, MPF account opening and related procedures;</p><p>Practical experience in bank account opening, MPF account setup, and related procedures.</p><p>• Able to speak fluent Mandarin, with good Chinese writing skills;</p><p>Fluent in Mandarin with good written Chinese skills.</p><p>• Have good communication skills, be confident in talking to and explaining basic content to customers;</p><p>Strong communication skills with confidence in client interactions and basic explanations.</p><p>• Work carefully and systematically, and be good at handling multiple tasks;</p><p>Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.</p><p>• Proactively advance work progress, able to handle daily tasks independently;</p><p>Proactive in driving work progress and able to work independently on daily tasks.</p><p>• Priority will be given to those with membership or student membership of the Hong Kong Corporate Governance Association (HKCGI).</p><p>HKCGI membership or student membership is an advantage.</p>
