Responsibilities
• Assist the Project Management Team in monitoring project scope & schedule, resources control & allocation, logistics arrangement, cost & budgeting, quality output and risk factors
• Keep the Project Team and corporate clients informed for project status, issues and updates
• Liaise and coordinate with internal & external parties to ensure project completion with customer satisfaction
• Resolve any project related issues proactively by good customer service skills
• Responsible for general project administration, including prepare agenda, minutes and evaluation report, follow up on agreed actions after meetings, tendering bidding documents, etc
Job Requirement
• Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Engineering or related disciplines,
• 1-2 years working experience in project management
• Self-motivated, willing to walk extra miles to meet challenging target.
• Customer-oriented, with strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong sense of ownership, innovation and adaptability to meet with Company’s business need
• Fluent in Cantonese and English, Mandarin is preferred.
• Good in Microsoft Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, knowledge of Power BI and/or Power Automate is an advantage
• Good in both written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge in Networking/Telecom products is an advantage
