Lighting Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop optical design solutions based on customer Statement of Requirements
• Design light guide structures for backlight, indicator lights, lens for ceiling light and ambient lighting
• Ensure product's optical performance meets customer requirements
• Complete design analysis reports and technical documentation

Job Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in lighting product development
• Proficient in optical simulation software: ANSYS SPEOS / Synopsys Lighttools
• Familiar with automotive dynamic and static ambient lighting and related products
• Knowledgeable in the application of optical materials

Duties:

• According to customer SOR requirements, develop optical design solutions, design backlight and work indicator light guide structure;
• Design guide light strips and guide light rings structure, design top lamp lens and dynamic and static ambient light structure, so that the product optical performance meets the customer's requirements, and write a design analysis report.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of lighting product development experience;
• Familiar with optical simulation software: ANSYS SPEOS / Snyopsys Lighttools;
• Familiar with automotive dynamic and static ambient lighting and related products. Familiar with optical material applications.
