Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for insurance products, driving business growth and increasing brand awareness.
Location: Mong Kok East
Main responsibilities
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that covers both online and offline channels
2. Manage customer relationship management (CRM) plans, enhance customer engagement and loyalty
3. Plan and supervise various insurance product promotion activities
4. Responsible for market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities
5. Optimize marketing investment return through data analysis
6. Collaborate with product development and sales teams to launch new insurance products
7. Manage marketing budgets and performance tracking
Job Requirements
1. Marketing, business or related degrees
2. More than six years of marketing experience, those with insurance industry experience are preferred.
3. Proficient in digital marketing and social media
4. Those with Chinese market and e-commerce platform experience are preferred.
5. Excellent project management and analysis skills
6. Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
