Job Responsibilities:

1. Design system operation and maintenance solutions and basic architecture according to the company's strategy and business development requirements, and formulate operation and maintenance work strategies and plans;

3. In-depth understanding of various business systems in the business line, researching, planning and building a large-scale cluster support operation and maintenance management platform and tools;

5. Continuously explore and study cutting-edge operations and maintenance, basic infrastructure technology directions and tools, and improve the delivery efficiency of the company's operations and maintenance and R&D;

6. Responsible for formulating operations and maintenance and basic resource demand plans, and managing and contracting the use of resources to effectively control costs.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of operations or R&D experience in medium-sized or large Internet companies, and at least 2 years of technical team management experience;

5. Have excellent team management skills, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong learning abilities;

6. Be practical and honest, with a strong sense of the big picture.
