We are working with four law firms to recruit paralegals specialising in various areas. Each role focuses on a specific area, such as IPOs, M&As, funds or banking. If you have experience in any of these areas or are interested in them, please apply so we can discuss the most relevant role for you.
Key responsibilities:
l Assist solicitors in preparing legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, contracts and discovery materials.
l Conduct legal research and gather relevant information from various sources.
l Organise and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and up to date.
l Prepare for trials and hearings by compiling evidence, drafting witness lists and organising exhibits.
l Communicate with clients, witnesses and court personnel as required.
l Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations.
l Assist in the review and analysis of contracts and agreements.
l Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, filing documents and maintaining the office's legal database.
