Provide support for different aspects of human resources, including recruitment process, handling salary calculations, HRIS data maintenance, leave management, general administrative work, etc.
Assist with temporary work assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
Second 5 or above; those who have completed human resources-related subjects will be given priority
Applicants with 1 to 2 years of human resources-related work experience are preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with good telephone etiquette
Positive thinking, with a team spirit
Have basic Chinese and English writing and speaking skills
Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Prioritization for immediate employment
Working hours: Monday to Friday (09:00-18:00)
Working location: Kowloon Bay
Contract period: 3 months
