<p>Facilitation & Workshop Leadership</p><p>• Planning and running client workshops/sessions (50% of role)</p><p>• Keeping discussions focused and driving toward business goals</p><p>• Familiarity with workshopping techniques (e.g., design sprints, co-creation)</p><p>UX/UI Design Expertise</p><p>• User-centered design (research, wireframing, prototyping)</p><p>• Creating intuitive UI and seamless UX flows</p><p>• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Protopie, Overflow</p><p></p><p></p><p>Job Description:</p><p>Our UXUI Consultants connect the dots between our clients’ abstract vision and business requirements. Facilitating client sessions will account for 50% of your time and the remaining will consist of UI/UX design and research. You will be at the center of leading our clients to identify their business challenges and opportunities; prioritising the most critical objectives; aligning on next steps; and crafting the future experience to accelerate their business goals.</p><p>This position also has responsibility for designing and leading customer research activities, social listening, and conducting stakeholder interview and interactive workshops. You will be responsible for leading the development customer acquisition, retention and advocacy strategies. Additionally, working in collaboration with Visual Design Leads to develop creative briefs, client presentations and delivery of project results in a timely and professional manner. Teaming between practitioners, client resources, and third party partners is critical to this role in order to meet client business objectives and delivering with high customer satisfaction.</p><p>Roles and Responsibilities:</p><p>• As a Facilitator, you will set up the logistics and customize the materials. You will be responsible for running the meetings, ensuring the team stays on track, and keeping a high-level view toward a successful outcome.</p><p>• Simultaneously, you’re a Consultant, building a relationship with interdisciplinary IBM and client teams to deliver value to the client and create opportunities for IBM.</p><p>• As a Designer, you’re advocating for the end user’s needs and positive user experiences and crafting logical UX and beautiful UI.</p><p>Required Professional and Technical Expertise :</p><p>• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Design, similar discipline or non-design degree with design bootcamp training </p><p>• Have a design portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices</p><p>• 3-5 years of experience in UX/ Product/ Service Design</p><p>• Demonstrated ability to understand complex business or experience problems</p><p>• Familiarity with workshopping techniques and ability to facilitate a diverse group to a desired outcome</p><p>• Demonstrated ability to work in a client facing environment</p><p>• Strong professional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills</p><p>• English, Cantonese: Fluent Mandarin is a plus</p><p>Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:</p><p>• Familiar with the latest digital design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Protopie, Overflow and etc.</p><p>• Expertise with UX deliverables: user journeys, experience mapsm personas and wireframes</p><p>• Storytelling, presentation, and communication with the ability to clearly express and sell ideas to client</p>
