Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Review customer service-related procedures and policies to ensure high-quality and efficient customer service
  • Handling customer complaints received from various sources
  • Coordinate internal resources to effectively solve customer requirements and problems

  • Solid experience in complaint management experience
  • Strong problem-solving, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
