Work content:
1. Process daily income and expenses of goods entering and leaving the factory and verify
2. Manage monthly company accounts, including receivables/payables, petty cash management, etc.
3. Issue invoices, sort buyer receipts and related documents
4. Assist in converting the existing handwritten accounting system to computerized management
5. Use Excel to create profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, and other financial statements
6. Assist the office with general administrative work (using Word / PowerPoint)
We hope you have the following qualifications:
1. Familiar with computer operations and enthusiastic about digitalized accounting
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
3. Have basic accounting concepts, those with relevant work experience are preferred
4. Attention to detail and sense of responsibility, able to complete work independently
5. Willing to assist the company in transforming from handwritten accounts to systemized accounting management
1. Those with food industry, manufacturing or inventory management system experience are especially welcome
