• Manage daily retail sales and shop operations independently.
• Handling and operating CRM and POS systems.
• Customer service skills (prior sales experience is an added advantage).
• Maximise sales and provide highly competent customer and after-sales service.
• Punctual and reliable. Play an active role in maintaining a positive and professional working environment.
• Actively support management with key in store processes to ensure compliance of standards.
• Contribute and support with the back of the company operations and processes, e.g. stock control and inventories.
• Proactively develop new clients and consistently strengthen existing client relationships.
• Well communication in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Possesses at least Secondary School / Diploma, Advanced Diploma.
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales.
• Computer literate in MS Office, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good personality and positive working attitude, meticulous, self-discipline, responsible, dedicated to work and able to work autonomously.
