Job Description

As the Regional Sales Manager at Protectwell, you'll be a linchpin in propelling the company's sales expansion by means of astute channel management. Your forte in cultivating and sustaining connections with channel partners will empower you to unearth novel business prospects and offer value-enhanced solutions. Through providing astute guidance and mentorship to the channel sales team, you'll nurture a culture of superiority and steer the company towards remarkable revenue achievements.

You will report directly to our CEO and you will be based in Hong Kong and traveling frequently to South East Asia countries.

In this capacity, your influence on the company's prosperity will be profound. By devising and implementing channel sales strategies, you will fuel revenue expansion and augment the company's market footprint via efficacious cooperation with channel partners. Your proficiency in forging robust relationships, spotting nascent business opportunities, and dispensing guidance to channel sales representatives will underpin the company's holistic development, cementing its status as an industry leader.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing product training, support, and guidance

Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with channel partners to deliver value-added solutions

Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth

Provide mentorship and guidance to channel sales representatives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 7+ years of experience in account management or sales in the fire alarm or suppression industry, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth

Strong business development and team collaboration skills

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese)
