Assistant Property Officer (Commercial)

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of a commercial building</li><li>Duties will include budget planning, enforcement of the DMC, liaison with owners/tenants, handling complaints, supervision of site staff and monitoring contractors’ performance, etc</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Degree Holder in Property / Housing Management or related disciplines with at least 2 years’ relevant experience in property management</li><li>Qualified for PMP (Tier 2) License</li><li>Mature, independent and able to work under pressure</li><li>Possess good PC skills and knowledge in Chinese Word Processing</li><li>Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is required</li></ul>
